Terms of Service

Effective date: September 21, 2026. These Terms govern your use of the RentVerge website, Chrome extension, accounts, and related services operated by Merchsignal LLC.

1. RentVerge service

RentVerge provides software that helps users analyze vehicle-rental listings and market information. Features may include search-page scanning, market value estimates, revenue or profit estimates, ROI calculations, trip metrics, filters, exports, and other research tools.

2. Informational estimates, not guarantees

Market value, revenue, profit, ROI, demand, trip, pricing, and similar figures are estimates based on available data and assumptions. They can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. RentVerge does not guarantee vehicle availability, rental demand, future earnings, resale value, profitability, or any business outcome. You are responsible for independently verifying information before making a purchase, rental, financing, or business decision.

3. Turo and third-party services

RentVerge is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Turo Inc. “Turo” and related marks belong to their respective owner. Your use of Turo and any other third-party service remains subject to that service’s own terms, policies, and technical restrictions. You are responsible for using RentVerge in a manner permitted by applicable law and the third-party services you access.

4. Accounts and access

You are responsible for accurate account information, maintaining the security of your credentials, and activity performed through your account. You may not share, sell, sublicense, or misuse access in a way that bypasses plan limits or security controls.

5. Subscriptions, trials, and renewal

Paid plans, billing periods, trial terms, renewal frequency, taxes, and pricing are those displayed at checkout or in your account at the time of purchase. Unless the checkout states otherwise, recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel future renewal before the next billing date.

6. Payments

Payments may be handled by Lemon Squeezy or another payment provider identified at checkout. Your transaction may also be subject to the provider’s terms, tax handling, and payment procedures.

7. Acceptable use

  • Do not use RentVerge for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, credential theft, or infringement.
  • Do not attempt to defeat security protections, plan limits, authentication, request pacing, or abuse-prevention systems.
  • Do not reverse engineer, resell, clone, redistribute, or commercially exploit RentVerge except where applicable law expressly permits it.
  • Do not use the service in a way that intentionally disrupts RentVerge, Turo, Chrome, or third-party systems.

8. Intellectual property

RentVerge software, branding, interface, original content, and related intellectual property are owned by Merchsignal LLC or its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.

9. Service changes and availability

Websites and third-party interfaces change. RentVerge features may be modified, suspended, rate-limited, or discontinued when needed for security, compliance, compatibility, maintenance, or product development. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, abuse, fraud, security risk, chargeback abuse, or use that threatens the service or third parties. You may stop using RentVerge at any time.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RentVerge is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Merchsignal LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of RentVerge, third-party sites, unavailable data, inaccurate estimates, or business decisions made using the service. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
