Data Deletion

You can request deletion of eligible RentVerge account information by emailing support@rentverge.com from the email associated with your account. Use the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”

What you can delete locally

Uninstalling the RentVerge extension removes the extension from Chrome. You can also clear extension/site storage through Chrome settings. This removes locally stored settings or scan data held by the browser.

What we can delete server-side

After verifying the request, we will delete or de-identify eligible account and service data that is no longer needed. We may retain limited records where reasonably required for billing reconciliation, fraud prevention, security, legal obligations, dispute handling, or enforcement of our Terms.

What to include

• The email address associated with your RentVerge account.
• A clear statement that you want the account data deleted.
• Any additional detail needed to identify the account without sending passwords or payment-card information.
